چکیده

We consider the problem of graph matchability in non-identically distributed networks. In a general class of edge-independent networks, we demonstrate that graph matchability is almost surely lost when matching the networks directly, and is almost perfectly recovered when first centering the networks using Universal Singular Value Thresholding before matching. These theoretical results are then demonstrated in both real and synthetic simulation settings. We also recover analogous core-matchability results in a very general core-junk network model, wherein some vertices do not correspond between the graph pair.

LPKP: location-based probabilistic key pre-distribution scheme for large-scale wireless sensor networks using graph coloring

Communication security of wireless sensor networks is achieved using cryptographic keys assigned to the nodes. Due to resource constraints in such networks, random key pre-distribution schemes are of high interest. Although in most of these schemes no location information is considered, there are scenarios that location information can be obtained by nodes after their deployment. In this paper,...

The topological ordering of covering nodes

The topological ordering algorithm sorts nodes of a directed graph such that the order of the tail of each arc is lower than the order of its head. In this paper, we introduce the notion of covering between nodes of a directed graph. Then, we apply the topological orderingalgorithm on graphs containing the covering nodes. We show that there exists a cut set withforward arcs in these...

ON DEGREES OF END NODES AND CUT NODES IN FUZZY GRAPHS

The notion of strong arcs in a fuzzy graph was introduced byBhutani and Rosenfeld in [1] and fuzzy end nodes in the subsequent paper[2] using the concept of strong arcs. In Mordeson and Yao [7], the notion of“degrees” for concepts fuzzified from graph theory were defined and studied. In this note, we discuss degrees for fuzzy end nodes and study further someproperties of fuzzy end nodes and fuzz...

Sampling from social networks’s graph based on topological properties and bee colony algorithm

In recent years, the sampling problem in massive graphs of social networks has attracted much attention for fast analyzing a small and good sample instead of a huge network. Many algorithms have been proposed for sampling of social network’ graph. The purpose of these algorithms is to create a sample that is approximately similar to the original network’s graph in terms of properties such as de...

Finding all maximally-matchable edges in a bipartite graph

We consider the problem of finding all maximally-matchable edges in a bipartite graph G = (V,E), i.e., all edges that are included in some maximum matching. We show that given any maximum matching in the graph, it is possible to perform this computation in linear time O(n + m) (where n = |V | and m = |E|). Hence, the time complexity of finding all maximally-matchable edges reduces to that of fi...
